You acknowledge that by accessing, browsing or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to these Terms, our Website, product descriptions and prices. Such changes will take effect from the time they are published on this site.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received. However, this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the item(s) has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of the item(s) will only come into existence once your order has been processed and we have notified you by email that your item(s) have been fulfilled and dispatched.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, in which case we will immediately notify this action by email or telephone, using the email address or telephone number you have provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
You also acknowledge that we may take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
We do our very best to match the colours of our items as accurately as possible. However, you agree that this is subject to a number of factors beyond our control including: monitor display settings or screen resolution. We will not guarantee that your monitor will accurately display our products colour exactly.
Our products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all the listed products will always be available when you place your order. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a product is out of stock or not available.
Fabric may be purchased in ‘fat quarter’ increments (50cm x 55cm).
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please telephone customer service on 027 913 1001. Fabric orders cannot be changed or cancelled, as fabric is cut to size. Other orders can be changed or cancelled up until the time that we notify you by email that your item(s) have been dispatched.
Price, Currency and GST
All prices on this Website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
We do not guarantee the price of any item listed on this Website until your order has been processed and we have notified you that your item(s) have been dispatched. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Confirmation of Your Order, Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been received and processed, we will send an email stating that your order and payment have been accepted and dispatched.
No signature will be required on delivery of your item(s) unless you specifically arrange this with us prior to receiving confirmation of your order. Packages requiring tracking and signature on delivery may incur extra postage costs.
We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged, lost or delayed in the post. If any issues arise, please contact the courier company directly and quote your tracking number, or email email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
While we generally only ship domestically within New Zealand, we also accept international orders, however payment will be made in New Zealand dollars and there will be an additional shipping charge. If for any reason, an order cannot be processed through the website, details can be emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
Electronic gift cards may be purchased through our Website and will be emailed to the email address you supply. Please ensure that you enter this email address correctly, as we cannot be responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the gift card.
Gift cards can be printed in hard copy by the email recipient.
Gift cards contain a unique code. The holder of the gift card can redeem the monetary value of a gift card by entering this code at checkout. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over multiple transactions. More than one gift card can be put towards a single transaction. Gift cards can be used to pay for shipping and taxes, and can be used in conjunction with discount codes.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
From time to time, information on our Web site may contain errors such as typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may related to our products descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or to update information at any time.
Images, text, site design, logos, graphics and any other content and software on this site, including their arrangement, selection and assembly, are our property, unless specified otherwise. You may use this Website only for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
Except to the extent permitted by relevant legislation, you must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute any material on this Website or create any other material using material using material on this Website, without obtaining our prior written consent.

We will not in any case by liable for any lost profit (direct or indirect), deletion or corruption of electronically or digitally stored information or incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Website, the content and the products and services available or accessible on the Website.
Any agreement arising between us, including these Terms and any contract of sale shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We believe in our products and whilst we agree to abide by all protections afforded to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) there are a few things you should know.
CGA grants you guaranteed legal rights over our products including:
- a guarantee that our products are of acceptable quality, fit for the purposes supplied, free from minor defects, safe, durable and acceptable in appearance and finish;
- a guarantee that the goods are fit for any particular purpose made known by you, or for which we represent them to be fit for; and,
- a guarantee that the goods correspond with the description.
These guarantees are in addition to any warranties that may be owed by a manufacturer.
If a product we supply does not comply with the provisions of the CGA will endeavour to repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time. But we cannot be held responsible for damage that is due to wearing out, colour change, fade and mould, stitch, fabric, leather or vinyl. Wear and tear is your responsibility.
Some of our products are unique and if we have to replace something, we will use our best endeavours to match the product, but you acknowledge this might not always be possible. In this situation we will do our best to find a suitable replacement. If we need to refund you for items you have sent back and reflecting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we ask that you return the product to us.

If you are a commercial customer, remember the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, instead the Sale of Goods Act 1908 is applicable.
Please select your items carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

We respect your privacy and we will not disclose, share or sell our customers information to any third party other than in accordance with this policy, unless required by law. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1993, and we agree to abide by that legislation. We are committed to ensuring the security of our personal information and we will use reasonable precautions to protect it.
Please note that we may keep some of your information within the Website for the ease of accessing your account with us. That means that we will collect information that personally identifies you (Personal Information) such as your name, mailing and email address which includes your residential and postal address (if it is different). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
